摘 要:针对传统链条抽油机可靠性差、换向平衡机构故障率高等问题,设计了一种销轴换向链条式长冲程抽油机。通过采用重力平衡和销轴换向方式,改进配重箱和特殊链节结构,换向过程配重箱与特殊链节脱离,减小对换向机构的侧弯力矩和换向冲击。试验表明:新机型保持了传统链条机长冲程、大载荷、质量轻和节电等优点,而且简化了整机结构,减小了换向冲击。Traditional chain-type pumping unit had the problem of low reliability and high failure rate, for this reason, a kind of long-stroke chain-type pumping unit with axis reversing was developed. Gravity balance and axis reversing were used to improve the structure of weight and special chain. The disengaging device was used so the reversing impact on reversing mechanism was reduced. Experiments show that the new model kept the advantage of traditional type as longstroke, heavy load, low mass quality and electric saving etc. Moreover, it simplified the structure and eased reversing impact.
