进展性脑梗死的危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨进展性脑梗死的主要危险因素,以便临床早期诊断并及早予以纠正和降低进展性脑梗死的死亡牢和致残率。方法回顾性分析2004年3月至2009年3月收住我院的60例进展性脑梗死病例,并与非进展性脑梗死组进行比较。结果进展性脑梗死患者各观察值与对照组比较,2组患者动脉血压,血糖和血脂等间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压、糖尿病、高血脂是进展性脑梗死的重要危险因素,感染等也是相关因素。Objective ro investigate the related faclors of progressive ischemicstroke for the early clinical diagnosis and correction in time so as to decrease the death rate and mutilation rate in progressive ischemic stroke.Methods 60 cases of progressing stroke were analyzed and cerebral infarction and non -- progressive cerebral infarction was compared. Results Hypertension,blood glucose and lipid were higher than those of patients with steady stroke.（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion hypertension,diabetes and lipid are risk factors for progressing stroke,infection and so on are the correlation factors.
