依达拉奉联合必存治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨依达拉奉联合必存治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法对我院收治的急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组病例均按病情需要常规治疗基础上。对照组应用依达拉奉30mg加入生理盐水150mL中静滴,2次/d;治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上,必存30mg加盐水100mL,日2次静脉滴注,2组均治疗14d。结果治疗组的总有效率为95.0%;对照组为73.9%。2组治疗总有效率结果比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),均未发生严重不良反应。结论依达拉奉联合必存治疗急性脑梗死是有效、安全、可靠,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate Edaravone United Edaravone Injection the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Ways to our hospital for patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two cases of the disease are required on the basis of conventional therapy. Application of the control group Edaravone 30mg add 150ml of intravenous infusion of normal saline,2 times/dr treatment group in the control group on the treatment of foundation, Edaravone Injection 30 mg add saline 100 ml, day 2 infusion, both groups treatment for 14 days. Results In the treatment group the total effective rate was 95.0%：control group was 73.9%. Treatment of the total efficiency of the two groups have compared the results there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）, no serious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Edaravone United must keep the treatment of acute cerebral infarction are effective, safe, reliable and worthy of clinical application of the promotion.
