摘　　要：结合晚疫病菌生理小种的鉴定工作，对用于该菌生长的豆类培养基进行了比较，从中选出日本菜豆制作的培养基，在对晚疫病菌菌株的分离、培养、保存等方面均取得了满意的效果，对开展晚疫病菌的研究工作十分有利。A comparison was made among legume solid mediums which were suitable for the late flight strains to grow on the basis of the identification work of physiological races of potato late blight.Among them a medium made of Japan Common bean was selected.The medium not only has satisfactory results for isolation,culture and presevation of the late blight strains,but also is helpful to the study of the late blight.
