摘　　要：目的找出Livin蛋白在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义,为治疗HCC提供理论依据。方法应用免疫组织化学(SP法)分别检测Livin在肝细胞癌和癌旁"正常"组织中的表达情况及分析这两种蛋白表达与淋巴结转移的关系及其之间的相关性。结果Livin在肝细胞癌中高表达,表达部位位于胞浆;Livin蛋白阳性表达在肝细胞癌组织和癌旁"正常"肝组织有显著性差异,表明Livin蛋白阳性表达与肝细胞癌的发生有关,同时也与组织学分级有关。结论Livin的蛋白表达在HCC发生中的作用,对临床医生有指导性意义。Objective This study was designed to find out expressions and singnificance of Livin gene and its relation with the expressions of Livin in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）,and provide basis for treatment of HCC.Methods Studying to adopt immunity systematization the detection of Livin at HCC and near cancer ＂normal＂organization in expression,at the same time,analysing between two genes express have correlation,in order to get the reason that discussion HCC occurs,to seek the gene treatment of liver cancer, offering theory and test basis. Results High expression of Livin hepatocellular carcinoma organization and＂ normal＂ liver organization has significance discrepancy, showing positive expression of Livin with liver cancer occurs relevantly, at the same time also grade with histology relevant. Conclusion Expressions and singnificance of Livin gene and its relation with the expressions of Livin in HCC,and provide basis of treatment for doctor.
