摘　　要：目的:观察聚乳酸根管钉浸提液对人乳牙牙周膜细胞生物学性能的影响,为其临床应用奠定基础。方法:分离、鉴定人乳牙牙周膜细胞,制备聚乳酸根管钉浸提液,加入乳牙牙周膜细胞培养基中,观察其对细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。结果:分离并获得了人乳牙牙周膜细胞。聚乳酸根管钉浸提液对乳牙牙周膜细胞的增殖和凋亡与正常培养液组相比,无明显细胞毒性,不引起细胞的凋亡。结论:制备的聚乳酸根管钉具有良好的生物相容性,可用于进一步的临床研究。Objective：To observe the effects of the extract liguid from PLA post on biological characteristics of deciduous teeth periodontal ligament fibroblasts（PDLFs） . Method：Human deciduous teeth periodontal ligament fibroblasts were cultured and identified by immunohistochemistry. The extract liguid from PLA post was added to the culture medium of PDLFs to observe its effects on cell proliferation and apoptosis. Result：The extract liguid from PLA post makes no significant effects on cell toxicity and cell apoptosis of PDLFs compared with the normal cultured group. Conclution.. PLA post has good biocompatibility and can be used for further clinical research.
