摘  要:试验选取363个烤烟样品研究了巨豆三烯酮含量与中性香气成分含量的关系。结果表明,巨豆三烯酮平均含量为41.88μgg-1,占中性香气成分总量的比例平均为12.80%。巨豆三烯酮4和巨豆三烯酮2占巨豆三烯酮总量的比例最高,分别为45.43%和38.30%。巨豆三烯酮总量、巨豆三烯酮4个同分异构体的含量与中性香气成分总量,以及巨豆三烯酮4个同分异构体的含量与巨豆三烯酮总量都呈极显著正相关关系。巨豆三烯酮总量与27种中性香气成分含量呈极显著正相关关系。试验分别构建了巨豆三烯酮总量与中性香气成分总量、以及巨豆三烯酮2和巨豆三烯酮4的含量与中性香气成分总量的回归模型,具有较高的判定系数,且均达到极显著水平。The relationship between the contents of megastigmatrienone and neutral aroma constituents was analyzed with 363 selected flue-cured tobacco samples. Results showed that the average content of megastigmatrienone was 41.88 μg g^-1 and its ratio to the total content of neutral aroma constituents was 12.80%. Megastigmatrienone 4 and megastigmatrienone 2 had the greater ratio to the total content of megastigmatrienone, being 45.43% and 38.30% respectively. The significant positive correlations were found between the total content of megastigmatrienone, the contents of 4 megastigmatrienone isomers and the total content of neutral aroma constituents, between the contents of 4 megastigmatrienone isomers and the total content of megastigmatrienone. The total content of megastigmatrienone and the contents of other 27 neutral aroma constituents had the significant positive correlations. The regression equationl between the total content of megastigmatrienone and the total content of neutral aroma constituents, the regression equation 2 between the contents of megastigmatrienone 4 and megastigmatrienone 2 and the total content of neutral aroma constituents all had upper determinant coefficients and the significant positive correlativity.
