摘　　要：本文讨论顺应论与合作原则之间相互弥合的可能性与可行性问题。语义重心性既是顺应论几个核心概念得以整合的关键,又是合作原则4个次准则得以串联的核心,语义重心性保证了顺应与合作相互扣合的可能性。语言的变异性、可商讨性以及顺应性与合作原则的4个次准则具有一定的关联,证明了顺应与合作相互扣合的可行性。This paper discusses the interwoven possibility and feasibility between the Adaptation Theory and the Cooperative Principle （CP）. It has found that the semantic emphasis is not only the key to the integration of the core concepts in Adaptation Theory, but also the essence which strings the four maxims of CP. The semantic emphasis guarantees the possibility of integrating Adaptation Theory with CP. In addition, through the analysis of the relevance between variability, negotiability, adaptability and the four maxims, this paper testifies the feasibility of integration between Adaptation Theory and CP.
