摘 要:以人心果嫩叶为材料,研究暗处理、萎蔫处理和预先质壁分离3种不同预处理对人心果叶片原生质体产量的影响。结果表明:经过暗处理后叶片原生质体产量都有所增加,其中处理36 h产量最高,比对照提高了36.46%;经预先质壁分离处理后叶片原生质体产量有明显的增加,在90 min内随处理时间的增加而增多;萎蔫处理后对叶片原生质体产量的影响较复杂,处理6 h产量有所减少,而处理8 h产量相对较多,比对照提高了22.93%。The paper studied the effect of three different pretreatments of leaves dark treatment, wilting treatment and plasmolysis in advance on leaf protoplam production of Manilkara zapodilla by using the M. zapodilla tender leaf as the material. The results showed that all the production of protoplam increased after dark treatment, the best of yield was after 36 hours, increasing by 36.46% as compared with the control; the production of protoplam increased significantly after treatment of plasmolysis in advance, in 90 minutes, the yield increased with the increasing of treatment time; the wilting treatment effect on production of protoplam was more complex, the yield reduced after 6 hours of treatment, hut the yield were relatively high after 8 hours, increased by 22.93 % as compared with the control.
