摘 要:江苏民营企业在促进就业、增加劳动者的收入、创造税收、推进自主创新、协调经济发展、促进社会稳定等方面作出了重要贡献。江苏省民营企业劳资关系总的来说是稳定的、协调的,但是在一些地方或一些时期也出现了矛盾凸现、关系紧张的问题。认真分析江苏民营企业劳资关系存在的问题,应着重从制度方面考察民营企业劳资冲突的成因,在此基础上提出协调民营企业劳资关系的制度构想。Private enterprises in Jiangsu Province make significant contributions in promoting employment, increasing tax revenue, creating tax revenue, boosting independent innovation, coordinating economic development and maintaining social stability and so on. The overall labor relation in these private enterprises is stable and harmonious, but some tension and conflicts also arise in some regions and in certain periods. Based on the analysis of the tension and conflicts, the article focuses on their causes from the perspective of system or institution and puts forward our conception of an institution to coordinate the labor relations in private enterprises.
