摘　　要：为解决存储测试系统微型化与超大容量之间的矛盾,基于ARM微处理器设计了一种具有无线接入功能的动态参数测试仪。完成了SD卡接口和USB接口电路设计,给出了USB无线网卡驱动程序的配置方法,完成了无线通信功能,实现了微体积、低功耗、无线接入和超大容量存储测试功能。In order to solve the problem of storage test system between minisize and large capacity, the dynamic parameter testing instrument with the function of accessing WLAN is designed based on ARM microprocessor. The SD card interface and USB interface circuit are designed. The configuration method of wireless network card driver is introduced, and the function of wireless communication is completed. The system has the traits of minisize, low power consumption, accessing WLAN, large-capacity storage test etc.
