摘  要:目的探讨和评估36h睡眠剥夺后非意识-意识转化的影响,并将其与注意能力受sD影响程度对比,为全面认识睡眠剥夺对认知能力的影响提供客观试验依据。方法测量20名健康男性军校大学生在36h睡眠剥夺前后的事件相关电位失匹负波(MMN)成分及字母划销作业成绩,比较MMN的潜伏期、平均面积以及LCT成绩的变化。结果MMN的潜伏期在睡眠剥夺36h前后差异有显著性[Cz点MMN睡眠剥夺前后的潜伏期分别为(123±18)ms、(154±15)ms,F=54.43,P〈0.01],MMN的平均面积(代表其强度)在睡眠剥夺前后则差异无显著性[cz点MMN睡眠剥夺前后的平均面积分别为(-38.9±4.4)单位面积、(-33.1±4.2)单位面积,F=3.77,P〉0.05]。结论36h睡眠剥夺后人脑非意识-意识转化速度延迟,且下降幅度大于注意能力下降的幅度。Objective To explore the impact of sleep deprivation(SD) to the transformation from uncon- sciousness to consciousness. Methods 20 healthy students (all male) were involved in this research. Mismatch negativity component and the letter cancellation task were both recorded before and after 36 hours sleep depriva- tion. Results There was significant difference of the latency change of mismatch negativity (MMN) after SD ( latency ofMMN hefore and afterSD were (123 ±18 ) ms , (154 ±15 ) ms , F=54.436,P〈0.01). And there was no significant difference of the average area change of MMN after SD(area of MMN before and after SD were ( - 38.9 ±4.4) unit area,( -33.1±4.2) unit area, F=3.776, P〉0.05). Conclusion The transformation from un- consciousness to consciousness is delayed after SD. And its decreasing degree is bigger than that of attention.
