摘 要:[目的]分析拟茎点霉属真菌次生代谢产物中具有重要生理活性的脂肪酸类成分。[方法]从棉花植株根部分离得到1株内生真菌By254,通过形态学和分子生物学手段对其进行鉴定,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术首次对该真菌固体发酵产物中的脂肪酸成分进行分析。[结果]在PDA培养基上生长的内生真菌By254具有拟茎点霉属典型的形态特征,与Phomopsis sp.XSC002的相似性达到99%,据此被鉴定为拟茎点霉属内生真菌。从该真菌中共分离鉴定出19种脂肪酸成分,占总提取量的92.6%,主要包括:硬脂酸(18.7%)、14-甲基十五烷酸(16.3%)、8,11-十八碳二烯酸(15.5%)、棕榈酸(8.1%)和11-十八碳烯酸(7.2%),其中不饱和脂肪酸占41.3%。[结论]首次报道了拟茎点霉代谢产物中的脂肪酸成分。[ Objective ] The purpose was to analyze the fatty acid compositions that had the important physiological activity in the secondary metabolites of Phomopsis sp. fungus. [ Method] An endophytic fungus By254 was separated from the cotton root and identified through the morphological and molecular biological methods. The compositions of fatty acids from its solid state fermentation products were analyzed by GC-MS technique. [ Result] The endophytic fungus By254 grown ou the PDA medium showed the typical morphological characters of Phomopsis sp. and had the similarity of 99% with Phomopsis sp. XSC002, on base of which, it was identified as the endophytic fungus of Phomopsis sp. There were 19 fatty acids that were separated and identified from By254, accounting for 92.6% of the total extraction amount. The main components were octadecanoic acid ( 18.7% ), 14-methyl-pentadecanoic acid ( 16.3% ), 8, 11-octadecadienoic acid ( 15.5% ), hexadecanoic acid (8.1% ) and 11- octadeceuoic acid (7.2%), in which the content of unsaturated fatty acid was 41.3%. [ Conclusion] This study first reported the compositions of fatty acids from Phomopsis sp.
