摘  要:[目的]确定超声波法提取花生壳中白藜芦醇的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以花生壳为原料,用超声波法对白藜芦醇的提取工艺进行研究,考察了提取时间、乙醇浓度、占空比和料液比对提取率的影响,通过单因素和正交实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件,并通过HPLC进行定性定量的检测。[结果]4因素中料液比对白藜芦醇的提取率影响最显著,其次为乙醇体积分数和提取时间,占空比的影响最小。通过单因素和正交实验确定了最佳提取条件:提取剂为70%乙醇,超声7 min,占空比50%,料液比为1:15,白藜芦醇一次提取率达12.99μg/g。用HPLC法定性定量检测,结果准确且高效。[结论]以乙醇为提取剂,用超声波法从花生壳中提取白藜芦醇,是一种高效环保型工艺,具有广阔的应用前景。[ Objective ] The research aimed to confirm the best process conditions of resveratrol extracted from peanut shell with ultrasonic wave method. [ Method] With peanut shell as raw material, the extraction process of resveratrol with ultrasonic wave method was studied, the effects of extracting time, ethanol concn. , duty cycle and solid-liquid ratio on extraction rate were investigated, and the optimal extracting process conditions were confirmed through single factor and orthogonal experiment, and qualitative and quantitative tests were performed by HPLC. [ Result] The effect of sohd-liquid ratio on resveratrol extraction rate was the most significant among 4 factors, next was ethanol volume fraction and extrac- ting time, and the effect of duty cycle was the least. The best extraction conditions through single factor and orthogonal experiment were confirmed as follows: the extractant of 70% ethanol, ultrasonic of 7 min, duty cycle of 50%, solid-liquid ratio of 1:15, and one time extraction rate of resveratrol was up to 12.99 μg/g. The result was accurate and high efficient in qualitative and quantitative detecting with HPLC method. [ Conclusion ] With ethanol as extractant, the resveratrol extracted from peanut shell with ultrasonic wave method was a high efficient environmental friendly technology, which had extensive application prospect.
