摘 要:利用14C示踪技术,研究了网纹4甜瓜在生育期间14C同化产物源一库关系。结果表明:营养生长期内,不同叶位引入14C,同化产物以生长旺盛的器官及部位为输入中心,源叶输出14C光合产物的比率则以中位叶喂入者居高,上位叶和下位叶次之;座果期,去顶摘心后,同化产物都向子蔓运输果实则成为同化产物的输入中心,其分配率高达95%以上,表明座果期同化产物运输具有明显的方向性;其它部位同化产物的分配比率因其生长发育状况和对同化产物的需求而呈再分配状况。The relationship of assimilable output source-store at growing stage in muskmelone was studied by 14C-tracer technique. The Results were following. At nutrition-growing-stage, 14Cwas introduced at different leaf-sites. It was found that growthpro ductive organs and parts were transport centre of assimilabil outpot, and it was higher at middle-leaf-sites and at up and down-leaf-sites it was lower. At fruit-growing stage. assimilable output was transferred to son-tendril and fruit was transport centre, the rate of allocation was above 95%. It showed that transport of assimilable output had obvious directiom at fruit-growing-stage. but at others stages the rate of allocation was different on based of its requirement and grownup.
