摘  要:目的观察姜黄素对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的调控作用。方法制备免疫抑制模型的小鼠,分5组给药7天后,处死测定小鼠体重,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,溶血空斑实验,外周血淋巴细胞转化实验。结果姜黄素对免疫抑制小鼠的体重无影响,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数,增加B细胞产生抗体能力,姜黄素能够增强免疫抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增值。结论姜黄素具有调节免疫功能,对固有免疫和适应免疫均有一定的增强作用。Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on the immunological suppression of the mice. Methods Except those in the normal group,mice in other groups were made into cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressional models.The mice divided into five groups and executed after seven days when they were treated with the medicine.The effects of curcumin on the mice weight,the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes,hemolytic plaque assay,on the function of phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages. Results The weight of mice had no changed with curcumin,increased the phagocytosis of macrophage in abdominal cavity by pyagocytic index,and strengthened the immunologic function of secreting antibody by B cell,the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes on the immunological suppression of the mice. Conclusions Curcumin could regulate the immunologic function,enhance the inner immunity and adaptive immunity.
