摘　　要：存储器系统的设计在单片机应用系统的设计中是一个重要的内容。本文就单片机存储器系统设计中使用多片容量不同的存储器芯片的地址译码问题进行了讨论,对实际可能遇到的一些特定情况的设计问题给出了可行的解决方案,这些方案具有实用价值。It is important to design the memory system while designing a practical system based on microcomputes. In This paper, the address decoding method in designing a microcomfuter application system when using several memory chifs which possess different conten. are discussed And the design schemes are given. These scheme are applicable for some special situation and posses practical value.
