胃腺癌组织nm23、PCNA的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究组织nm23、PCNA与胃腺癌生物学行为的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化法检测100例胃腺癌患者组织nm23、PCNA表达。结果:组织nm23、PCNA表达与患者的性别、年龄和民族无关;nm23表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有明显关系(P<0.05);PCNA与分化程度有明显关系(P<0.05)。结论:本研究发现组织PCNA、nm23表达与胃癌的恶性生物学行为有关。Objective： To study the relationship between tumor marks （nm-23, PCNA）and the biology behavior of the gastric cancer. Methods： The expression of nm-23 and PCNA of 100 cases of the gastric gland cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry Luminescence before and behind the operation. Results： The expression of nm-23 and PCNA has no relationship with sex, age, and races of the cancer. The expression of nm-23 has a clear relationship with differentiation, infiltration, lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. The expression of PCNA has a relationship with differentiation （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is suggested that the expression of nm-23 and PCNA have relationship with the biology behavior of the gastric cancer.
