摘　　要：针对盐配送的特点以及我国盐业的配送现状和问题,比较分析目前三种主要配送模式的特点,在此基础上指出我国盐业企业应如何选择合适的配送模式。Aiming at the current situation and problems of distribution in Chinese salt enterprises, this paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of three main distribution modes at present.Final method of selecting physical distribution mode is given.
