摘　　要：介绍了宝钢新开发的低屈强比、高韧性耐候钢厚板产品A588和A871的成分、生产工艺和产品性能。通过拉伸、冲击和硬度等试验,分析了钢板的力学性能特点。采用系列温度冲击试验,证明了这两种钢具有优良的低温冲击韧性,并对钢板的显微组织作了分析。这两种钢的耐候性指数计算值和耐大气腐蚀性能室内加速试验结果均证明具有良好的耐大气腐蚀性能。Weathering steel plates A588 and A871 which have low yield ratio and excellent toughness were developed by Baosteel recently. The composition, manufacturing process and properties of those plates are introduced. The mechanical property characteristics are analyzed through the tensile testing, shock testing and Vickers hardness testing. The excellent low temperature impact toughness of those weathering steel plates are proved by the shock testing at a series of temperatures. The microstructure of the plates are also analyzed. The good atmosphere corrosion resistance of these plates is proved by both the values of weathering index calculating and the in - house accelerated testing of atmosphere corrosion resistance.
