小梁切除术中前房延缓形成的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的讨论青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房形成的常见原因及处理方法。方法回顾性总结2000年7月至2007年9月收治的147例青光眼住院患者行青光眼小梁切除手术后发生浅前房的原因、类型及处理方法。结果共行青光眼小梁切除手术197只眼，其中45只眼发生浅前房，发生率22．84％。其中滤过过畅23只眼，占51．1％，脉络膜脱离18只眼，占40％，结膜瓣漏2只眼，占4％，恶性青光眼2只眼，占4％，需要再次手术治疗的有2只眼，一例为滤过过畅，另一例为恶性青光眼。其余43只眼仅通过保守治疗均能恢复前房。结论青光眼小梁切除术后，浅前房发生率较高，其中常见原因是滤过过畅、脉络膜脱离，大多数浅前房可通过保守治疗治愈。Objective To discuss the causes and the methods for shallow of anterior chamber in trabeculectomy with glaucoma patients. Methods 147 glaucoma patients from July 2000 to september 2007, to sum up the causes , type and method for shallow of anterior chamber after the trabeculectomy . Results The trabeculectomy patients were 197 eyes, and the shallow of anterior chamber were 45 eyes （22.84%）. Among the 45 eyes has 23eyes with free filtration （51.1% ）. 18 eyes ehoroidl detachment （40%）. 2 eyes conjunctival flap seep （4%）. Pernicious glou- coma 2 eyes （4%）. Need operation once more. Others only use expectant treatment can resume the anterior chamber. Conclusion After the tra- beculeetomy has the high rate of shallow of anterior chamber , free filtration , choroidl detachment were the causes. The shallow of anterior chamber can cure of by expectant treatment.
