摘  要:[目的]分析荔枝草挥发油化学成分并对其抑菌活性进行研究。[方法]利用水蒸气蒸馏法从荔枝草中提取挥发油,用气相色谱一质谱联用法(GC—MS)分析鉴定成分并进行抑菌活性研究试验。[结果]从荔枝草挥发油中鉴定其中大部分化合物。抑菌活性试验分别为对巨大芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用,发现荔枝草挥发油有一定的抑菌作用,其最低抑菌浓度范围分别为20-40μl/ml。[结论]荔枝草挥发油成分中以萜类成分为主,有着独特的生物活性,对于药物开发利用等方面有着重要的作用。[ Objective ] The research aimed to analyze the components and antibacterial activities of essential oils from Salvia plebeia R. Br. [ Method] Steam distillation was employed to extract essential oil from Salvia plebeia R. Br. and the compositions of essential oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS). [ Result] Most of compounds were identified in essential oil from Salvia plebeia R. Br. Experiments result of antibacterial activities in vitro of essential oils against Bacillus megaterium and Staphylococcus aureus indicated that essential oils Salvia plebeia R. Br. showed some antibacterial activities and that minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was in the range of 20- 40 μl/ml. [ Conclusion ] Essential oil from Salvia plebeia R. Br. is mainly composed of terpenoids and has specific bioactivity. It has important function in the development and utilization of drugs.
