摘  要:针对气田回注污水水质复杂,导致设备发生腐蚀现象,在详细分析气田回注污水的水质特点的基础上,重点分析研究了亚铁离子含量及pH值对气田回注污水腐蚀的影响,试验结果表明:Fe^(2+)及pH对气田回注污水的腐蚀性有一定影响。随着Fe^(2+)的浓度升高,污水的腐蚀速率呈降低趋势,当Fe^(2+)浓度为0时腐蚀速率最高;污水pH值等于7时Fe^(2+)对污水腐蚀速率影响最大,pH值等于6次之,pH值等于8时最小。According to the complex quality of rejected wastewater and its corrosion, the ef- fects of concentration of Fe2+ and pH on corrosion of rejected wastewater in gas field was studied through the analysis of the quality of water. The result showed that the concentration of Fe2+ and pH should effected on the corrosion of the wastewater obviously. With increasing concentration of Fe2+ , the corrosion of the wastewater reduced and the corrosion rate reached the maximum when the concentration of Fe2+ is 0. When the pH of water is 7, the concentration of Fe2+ should obviously effected the corrosion rate. When the pH of water is 6 or 8 , the effects of concentration of Fe2+ on Corrosion was small than that of pH=7,but that of pH=6 is bigger than that of pH=8.
