我国煤炭产业科技资源优化配置的对策分析

摘　　要：随着我国以煤炭为主的能源发展战略的实施,煤炭产业的可持续发展关系经济增长和能源安全大局,实施科教兴煤,依靠科技进步实现煤炭产业现代化,是构建新型煤炭工业体系的重要保证。结合我国煤炭产业在科技资金、人力及装备等方面配置的现状及存在的问题,提出优化科技资源配置的对策建议,为煤炭重点领域合理配置科技资源提供科技支撑和政策借鉴。With China＇s coal - based implementation of the energy development strategy, coal industry, which is play a irnportant role in the economic growth and energy security, the implementation of science and education for coal, relying on technological progress achieve the modermization of the coal industry, is an important guarantee for building a new coal industry system. The paper, which is based on the actual distribution situations and existing problems in the capital of scientific and technological and human resource and equipment, gives countermeasures for optimizing scientific and technological resource and provides support of science and technology and a reference for policy for distribution of scientific and technological resource of important coal field.
