摘　　要：介绍了可编程序控制器（ＰＬＣ）控制全位置脉冲自动ＴＩＧ焊设备焊接过程的硬件设计和软件编程．采用ＰＬＣ的控制系统，具有抗干扰能力强、故障率低、操作方便等特点．The hardware designa and software program of the welding process in the all position pulsed TIG automatic welding machine are introduced in the paper.The control system with PLC has strong jam proof ability,low ratio of its breakdown,convenient operation and so on.
