大豆蛋白纤维针织物碱/变性浴染色工艺研究

摘  要:利用科华素三原色系列活性染料对大豆纤维染色性能进行了系统实验,旨在探索大豆纤维碱性浴和变性浴染色的基本染色规律。实验结果表明,乙烯砜/一氯均三嗪双活性基活性染料对大豆纤维的碱性浴理想染色温度为60℃,中色染色的纯碱用量为5~6g/L。乙烯砜/一氯均三嗪双活性基活性染料较佳的酸性浴染色pH值为3~4,续染时间为40min。对大豆蛋白纤维采用活性染料变性浴的染色方法,可以达到良好的效果。The dyeing behavior of Colvaeeton reactive dyes was tested systematically to study the principal dyeing performance of the alkali bath and the denaturalization bath for soybean fiber. The results showed the ideal dyeing temperature of VS/MCT heterobifunctional reactive dyes for soybean fiber was 60℃. The dosage of soda ash for soybean fiber was about 5 - 6 g/L for pale color. To denaturalization bath of VS/MCT heterobifunetional reactive dyes, the better pH value was 3 to 4, the standing time about 40 minutes. Good result was achieved when the soybean fiber was dyed by the denaturalization bath of active dyes.
