摘　　要：介绍了蛋白质组学研究的主要技术,包括双向凝胶电泳、质谱分析、二维色谱与质谱联用技术、生物信息学,并从中药单体研究、单味中药研究、中药复方研究等方面介绍了蛋白质组学技术在中药作用机理研究领域的应用和前景。This paper introduced the main technology of proteomics, including that two dimensional gel electrophoresis, mass chromatographic analysis, 2D color spectrum, mass spectra multiple techniques, bioinformatics; and from monomer of Chinese herbs study, single Chinese herbs study, compound recipe of Chinese herbs study, the application of technology of proteomics were introduced in the field to study the mechanism of action of Chinese herbs.
