赝复体修复上颌骨缺损的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价应用赝复体修复上颌骨缺损的疗效。方法采用分层印模法，进行中空式上颌赝复体修复，充分利用组织倒凹固位，扩大基托面积，使用软衬材料缓解硬质修复体引起的压痛，增强赝复体固位。结果本组患者19例，均采用改良分层法制取印模，修复效果满意。结论用分层印模法进行上颌骨缺损赝复体修复，操作简单，定位准确，能在术后早期恢复患者的生理功能。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of prosthetic obturation of maxillary defects. Methods Using layered impression to bring into effect of hollow-type prosthetic obturation of maxillary defects . Making full use of the under-cut retention,extend the base area, use the soft lining materals to ease the pain of rigid body repairing caused by tenderness. Prosthetic body to enhance retention. Results 19 patients with layered improved impression all gained good results. Conclusion Using layered impression to bring into effect of prosthetic obturation of maxillary defects , simple operation, precise positionaly, In the early recovery of postoperative patients with physiological functions.
