摘  要:目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在唾液腺黏液表皮样癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测正常唾液腺组织以及高分化、中分化和低分化黏液表皮样癌组织中bFGF、TGF-β1蛋白的表达。结果bFGF、TGF-β1在正常唾液腺中的阳性表达率低于在黏液表皮样癌组织中的阳性表达率(P均<0.05)。在中分化和低分化黏液表皮样癌组织中,bFGF蛋白表达率高于高分化黏液表皮样癌(P<0.05),TGF-β1蛋白表达率低于高分化黏液表皮样癌(P<0.05);而bFGF、TGF-β1分别在中分化和低分化黏液表皮样癌组织中的蛋白表达率差异均无统计学意义。TGF-β1的表达与bFGF呈负相关(r=-0.471,P=0.0003)。结论TGF-β1的表达可能抑制黏液表皮样癌的发生,而bFGF的表达则可能促进黏液表皮样癌的发生,二者之间呈负相关。Objective To study the expression and significance of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1) in mucoepidermoid carcinomas with different malignant degree. Methods Using immunohistoehemistry (IHC)staining technique, bFGF and TGF-β1 proteins in the mucoepidermoid carcinoma tissues with different malignant degree, including well-differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated mucoepidermoid carcinoma, and normal salivary gland tissue were detected. Results The positive rate of bFGF and TGF-β1 in normal salivary glands were apparently lower than those in malignant mucoepidermoid carcinomas(P〈0.05). The positive rate of bFGF in moderately and poorly differentiated mucoepidermoid carcinoma was higher than that in the well-differentiated carcinoma (P〈 0. 05). However, the positive expression of bFGF showed no relationship between the moderately and poorly differentiated mucoepidermoid carcinomas. The positive rate of TGF-β1 in moderately and poorly differentiated mueoepidermoid carcinomas was lower than that in the well-differentiated carcinoma(P〈0.05). The positive expression of TGF-β1 showed no relationship between the moderately and poorly differentiated mucoepidermoid carcinomas. The expression of bFGF and TGF-β1 showed negative correlation (r = - 0. 471, P = 0. 0003). Conclusion The expression of TGF-β1 may inhibit the development of the mucoepidermoid carcinoma, contrariwise, the expression of bFGF may prompt the development of the mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The expression of bFGF and TGF-β1 has a negative correlation.
