口虾蛄提取物对鼻咽癌细胞CNE1增殖的影响及其机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨口虾蛄提取物对人高分化鼻咽癌细胞CNE1增殖的影响。方法采用台盼蓝染色法,测定该提取物对CNE1细胞的抑制作用;然后应用流式细胞术进一步检测该提取物对细胞周期的影响。结果生长曲线测定结果显示,口虾蛄提取物可抑制CNE1细胞的生长;流式细胞术检测结果显示,随着口虾蛄提取物浓度的增高,G1期和G2/M期细胞所占的百分比逐渐降低,S期细胞所占百分比逐渐增高(P<0.01)。结论口虾蛄提取物能够抑制鼻咽癌CNE1细胞的生长,其作用机制可能与引起细胞周期阻滞于S期有关。Objective To study the effects of the anticancer ingredient from oratosquilla on the Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Cell Line CNE1. Methods After affecting NPC CNE1 by the anticancer ingredient from oratosquilla,the proliferation and cell cycle of the cells were studied. Results The ethylacetate extract is the specific growth inhibitor to CNEI, the proportion of G1 phase and G2/M phase decreased and S phase increased gradually following the concentration of the ethylacetate extract increasing （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The ethylacetate extract can inhibit the growth of CNE1, and. and it inhibits the cellgrowth of CNE1 probably by inducing the S phase arrest.
