PCNA表达与脑胶质瘤复发的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(proliferation cell nuckearantigen,PCNA)表达在胶质瘤术后复发中的意义。方法通过对焦作市人民医院神经外科2002年1月～2007年12月手术后病理检查证实为胶质瘤的53例患者的电话复访、信件回访及门诊复诊的回访,以复查头颅CT或头颅MR I为标准,择出未见复发组32例,复发组21例,对其病理组织采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法(即S-P法)进行PCNA的测定,观察PCNA在不同组别中的表达差异。结果复发组PCNA阳性表达率是71.43%(15/21),未复发组是21.88%(7/32),两组间有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论PCNA表达可作为预测脑胶质瘤是否复发的参考因素。Objective To investigate the expression of the proliferation cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） and its correlation with the recurrence of glioma after surgical treatment. Methods The expression of PCNA was detected by immunohistochemical S -P method in the tissues from 53 patients with glioma treated by surgical method from January ,2002 to December,2007 in our hospital. Of the 53 patients,21 had recurrent tumors and 32 were free from recurrence based on CT or MRI. The expression of PCNA was correlated with the local tumor controls. Results The positive expression rate of PCNA was 71.43% （ 15/21 ） and 21.88% （7/32） in patients with and without tumor recurrence, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The expression of PCNA might be an prognostic marker of local recurrence in the patients with glioma treated by surgical method.
