摘　　要：马克思现代性的理论本质在于,在实践基础和历史唯物主义视阈中,形成以资本为中介、原则、标志,反映现代社会的价值、特质、精神原则的范畴体系。马克思从时代和理论的双重制高点批判和颠覆了旧现代性,形成马克思现代性思想的如下特征:资本性、实践性、拜物教和异化劳动、全球化和流动性、辩证的唯物性。The essence of Marxist modem theory lies in the fact that in practical basis and historical materialism, the formation of capital as an intermediary, principle and signs, reflects the value of modem society and the characteristics of the spirit. Marx criticized the old modernity from the angle of theory and ara, and new modernity of his thought was formed： capital, practical, fetishism and the alienation of labor, globalizafion and mobility of dialectical materialism.
