摘　　要：针对传统的教学模式已难以满足雷达装备课人才培养的要求,在深入分析雷达装备教学对象特点的基础上,提出了"系列化雷达联合组训"教学模式.通过在雷达工程和雷达维修工程专业教学中的初步尝试,取得了较好的教学效果,为改进装备教学改革提供借鉴。Conventional teaching mode can not satisfy with the demand of cadets cultivation in radar equipment course. Based on analyzing the characteristics of radar equipment trainee, a new teaching mode, serialization radar combination training was proposed. By the use of the teaching mode for the specialities of radar engineering, and radar maintenance engineering, the better teaching result was achieved, which provides much reference for improving the innovation of radar equipment teaching.
