摘  要:目的探讨神经节苷脂对大鼠缺血后脑水肿脑组织中AQP4-mRNA表达的影响。方法线栓法复制脑缺血大鼠模型,于缺血后6h、1、3、5、7d观察模型大鼠脑组织含水量及AQP4-mRNA的表达。结果手术组大鼠脑组织水含量及AQP4-mRNA的表达于6h后升高,3d达高峰,较假手术组和神经节苷脂组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂能够降低脑梗死大鼠脑组织水含量及AQP4-mRNA的表达,减轻脑水肿。Objective To observe the effect of GM1 on expression of AQP4-mRNA after ischemic brain edema in rats. Methods The rat model of cerebral ischemic was established by inserting nylon thread. Changes of brain water content and expression of AQP4-mRNA were examined after cerebral ischemic at 6h, ld, 3d,5d, 7d. Results The brain water content and expression of AQP4-mRNA of surgery group increased at 6h and reached the peak at 3d, they were obviously higher than that in the false surgery group and the GM1 group(P〈0.05). Conclusion GM1 can decrease the degree of brain edema by reducing brain water content and expression of AQP4-mRNA .
