摘　　要：根据计算机软件工程学所指出的程序设计方法，把计算机联锁控制系统软件的设计与具体编制作为一项软件工程．在阐述了计算机软件工程学的指导方法的基础上，阐明了计算机联锁控制系统的功能、程序模块的调度方法，最后对计算机联锁控制系统软件的体系结构作了比较详细的解说，对了解与掌握计算机联锁控制系统的软件或编制该类软件有很大的参考价值．This article described the designing and programming of Computer Based Interlocking System (CBIS) software with the programming technique which was based on the theory of Software Engineering. First, it explained the advised method of computer software engineering. Then it talked about the function and dispatching of the CBIS programming modules. In the end, the structure of the CBIS software was made out in great detail. This paper could be a reference for understanding the CBIS and its programming.
