摘 要:目的探索川麦冬须根普通粉和超细微粉间表面特性和溶出性的差异,以便更好地利用川麦冬须根资源。方法通过普通光学显微镜、电子显微镜对普通粉和超细微粉的形态学观察,通过对粒径、分布宽度、比表面积、松密度、压缩度及其浸出物测定等方法对其普通粉和超细微粉进行比较分析。结果与普通粉相比,超细微粉颗粒大小均匀,平均粒径D50为15.108μm,较普通粉降低5.8倍;松密度和压缩度下降;比表面积提高2.6倍;水、醇浸出物的干膏率分别增加45%和457%。结论川麦冬须根经超细粉碎后,颗粒大小分布均匀,均质度明显改善,比表面积及水、醇溶性物的溶出量显著增加,从而生物利用度提高。Objective To develop the fibrous root of Ophiopogonjaponicus (O. japonicus) by ultrafine powder (UFP) technology, and the powder characteristics, and the contents of water extract and ethanol extract were investigated between UFP and common powder (CP). Methods The morphological characters of UFP and CP of the fibrous root of O. japonicus were observed with optional microscope, scanning electron microscope ( SEM), respectively. Powder of the fibrous root of O. japonicus was characterized by laser diffraction analyzer and its compressibility and bulk density were measured. Furtherly, the water extract and ethanol extract were quantified by heated extraction. Results The differences of powder characteristics, surface morphology, the contents water extract and ethanol extract between CP and UFP were significant. The diameter of UFP was smaller (D50 = 15. 108μm) and a typical microscopic characters of the fibrous root of O. japonicus powder were not observed. The contents in water and enthanol extrat were increased by 45% and 457% respectively. Conclusion These data suggested that UFP might have a bright prospect in food or drug preparations with the fibrous root of O. japonicus.
