摘  要:目的首次提取柳茶中的水溶性粗多糖并进行分离、纯化及组成分析。方法柳茶经热水提取、乙醇沉淀、Sevag法去蛋白、H2O2脱色,逆向流水透析得多糖精制品。将精多糖衍生化后运用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行分析。结果确定了柳茶中水溶性多糖分别由核糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成,其中以核糖、葡糖糖、半乳糖为主。结论该方法简便、灵敏,可以准确测定出柳茶多糖中所含有的各种单糖。Objective To isolate and purify the water- soluble polysaccharide from Liucha and analyze the chemical composition of liucha. Methods The liucha was extracted in hot water, then the polysaccharide in the filtrate was fractionally precipitated by alcohol, after that the proteins in the precipitated product were removed by Sevag reagent, hydrogen peroxide decolor, the hydrolysate of polysaccharide was dialyzed by the reverse flow to get the fine product. Finally, the chemical compositions of the fine product after derivatization were examined by the gas chromatography - mass spectrometric analysis. Results The polysaccharides are composed of ribose, mannose, glucose and galactose. The major monosaccharide components are ribose, galactose and glucose. Conclusion The method reported in this paper is simple, and can be used for analysis of monosaccharides hydrolyzed from Eiucha polysaccharide.
