摘 要:目的探讨香丹注射液组分相互作用与药效模拟。方法采用小鼠常压耐缺氧实验,基于正交设计,建立复方药效学预测模型,模拟偏倚由2种散点图结合评价;并经实验验证,确定香丹注射液抗缺氧有效部位。结果不同部位组合相互作用性质不同,由此引起的交互效应也不同。所建立的复方预测模型可以对复方不同组合进行药效预测,其中108只小鼠(占90%)的PE%≤25%。结论通过模型预测和实验验证,多个配伍组的药效优于原方,其中ADE效果最佳。Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamic interactions and simulation of Xiangdan Injection. Methods Anti - hypoxia experiment under normal pressure in mice was adopted on the basis of orthogonal design, and a pharmacodynamics prediction model of TCM prescriptions was established. The simulation bias was evaluated by combining two scatterplots. Moreover, the anti - hypoxia active fraction of Xiangdan Injection was determined by experimental confirmation. Results The combinations of different extracts resulted in different interactions. The prediction model established in this study could predict the drug actions for different formulas, and PE% ≤ 25 % was observed in 108 mice (90%). Conclusion As indicated in model prediction and experimental confirmation, the pharmacodynamic actions of several formulas are superior to that of the original formula, and ADE has the best effect.
