摘  要:用索氏提取法分别从葱籽和韭籽中提取葱籽油和韭籽油,用KOH-甲醇法进行甲酯化处理,用毛细管气相色谱法测定其脂肪酸组成及相对含量。结果表明:葱籽和韭籽的含油率均较高,且籽油中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,营养较高。The seed oils were extracted from Allinmfistulosum and A. tuberosum by Soxhlet extraction, respectively, then methyl esterfied with KOH-CH3 OH, and their compositions and contents were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography. The results showed that the seed oils contents of A. fistulosum and A. tuberosum were higher, and the content of unsaturated fatty acid in seed oils and the nutritive values were high.
