摘　　要：将协同论引入到城市土地集约利用潜力评价研究中,对土地利用系统集约化的协同机制进行了探讨,并根据协调度模型,以武汉市为例进行了实证评价。结果表明:武汉市土地利用系统发展基本有序,但距离最佳集约利用水平仍有挖掘空间。其中,土地利用强度较低和利用结构不合理是制约土地集约利用潜力发挥的重要因素。By introducing the Coordination Theory into the research of evaluating the urban land intensive use potential, the coordination mechanism of intensive of land use system was discussed. Taking Wuhan as an example, the urban land intensive use potential was evaluated based on coordination degree model. The resluts showed that the development of land use system was basically in order in Wuhan, yet it still had a gap to the optimum level of intensive utilization of land. The low land use intensity land unresonable land use structure were the important factors limiting the land intensive use potential.
