蒙藏药制剂中肉豆蔻、檀香及其混合物提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:在蒙药制剂檀香与肉豆蔻组对用药时,对混合提取工艺问题进行研究。方法:采用单独和混合两种提取方式对提取物进行色谱及相关分析比较,并对提取工艺过程细节进行观察分析。结果:两组分单独提取与混合提取的提取物成分存在差异,而且目前采取的收得挥发油后水提液直接浓缩工艺提取法,使提取物中的易挥发脂性部分蒸发损失。结论:对制剂提取工艺采用间歇式方法,先收取析出的脂状物,再进行浓缩较为合理。Objective： To explore and discuss the mixing extraction techniques of nutmeg and sandalwood in traditional Mongolian and Tibetan medicine while they are used together for medication. Methods： An analytic comparison of extraction through mixing and separate extraction methods was made with thin--layer chromatography, and the detailed process of extraction were observed and analyzed as well. Results： There was difference in the extraction content between mixing extraction and separate extraction, and the direct extraction techniques prevailingly in use at present was apt to cause the loss of low--melting--point volatile lipid in the process of extraction. Conclusion： It is reasonable to accept preparation technique in interval method, with lipid matter collected first and then with preparation concentrated.
