摘　　要：目的通过对并指术后出现继发问题的治疗探讨合理治疗并指畸形。方法对并指术后发生继发畸形的80例患者的再次手术，探讨慎重对待并指畸形，合理制定更完善手术方案，安排手术。结果80例患者经再次手术并经过5月～7年的随访和观察，依据中华医学会手外科分会上肢部分功能评定使用标准，获得较满意的治疗效果。结论先天并指畸形经过更为合理的手术治疗，可以获得更为完善的外形及功能，减少再次手术次数或推迟手术时机。Objective To explore the reasonable therapeutic technique of syndacty abnormality. Methods Reconstruction of reabnormality for 80 cases, due to the first surgery with undue haste, we had to reoperate to improve appearance and function for exploring the best treatment.Results There were 80 cases of reconstrcted surgical treatment, showed satisfactory appearance and function for following-up from 5 months to 7 years.Conclusion With reasonable therapeuty of congenital syndacty abnormality, it can obtain superior appearance and function, and decrease the times of reoperation or put off operative opportunity.
