摘　　要：国防生从普通大学生成长为合格军官,一般要经历在校培养、入伍集训和军校任职培训等三个层次的培训,实现从普通大学生到国防生、再从国防生到军官的角色转变。利用大学第八学期集中开展素质拓展活动,可以巩固深化平时培训的成果,有效实现国防生能力素质的二次飞跃,为入伍任职打下坚实基础。Generally, a defense cadet growing as qualified officer from an ordinary university student should receive the thorough training in three aspects of university education, military exercises and officeholding in military academy, transforming from an ordinary university student to a defense cadet and to an officer. In the eighth term of university, the activity of quality development can further consolidate and expand regular training achievements and achieve a second leap in developing the ability and quality of defense cadets so as to lay solid foundation of military service.
