摘　　要：高等教育肩负着为国家培养创新人才的重任,能否培养出具有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才,是高校教育工作者所面临的一个重要课题。文章着重分析了理工类大学生创新思维能力发展的教育障碍,提出从改变教学观念、尊重学生个性的发展、改革教学方法、推进制度创新和营造创新能力教育的良好环境入手,彻底消除扼杀学生学习兴趣、思维活力和创新能力的障碍,以加强理工类大学生创新精神、创新能力和实践能力为核心目标,积极推进理工类大学生人才培养模式的改革和创新。This paper focuses on an analysis of the influencing factors of the science and technology university students＇ innovative thinking cultivation, putting forward countermeasures from transforming teaching concepts, respecting the development of the students＇ personality, improving teaching approaches, promoting systematic innovation and building proper enviroment for innovation. So as to thoroughly remove the obstacles of strangling the studengts＇ interests in study, vigorous thinking and innovative ability and to promote reform and innovation of the personnel training mode in college.
