摘　　要：高校凝聚力是高校成功办学的重要条件。它主要包括内外部因素两个方面:前者主要表现为社会对人才的重视度、高校教师的社会地位、高校的知名度以及高校的外部压力,后者主要表现为高校的共同目标和工作吸引力、组织结构、管理制度、校园文化以及管理者。The college cohesive force is important for a successful college. The factors include external and internal factors. The former is mainly demonstrated in the importance of talents, the status of college teachers, the fame and pressure of colleges. The latter is mainly expressed in the common goal of colleges, the attraction of work, organization system, management system, campus culture and managers.
