摘　　要：培养大学生的核心技能是学生职业生涯可持续发展和终身发展的重要保证。为此,高校应注重培养大学生与人交流的能力、团队合作能力、解决实际问题的能力以及不断提高自我的能力。大学生应意识到这些核心技能的重要性,在学习活动中锻炼并获得职业活动中所需要的核心技能,从而为就业做准备,增强自己的职业竞争力。The cultivation of development of student career university student core skills Thereby, universities should communication, teamwork cooperation, solution to problems is an pay and important guarantee for sustainable and lifelong attention to cultivating student abilities of self-improvement. University students should understand the importance of the core skills and pick up the core skills the career activities need by learning activity so as to enhance student＇s professional competitive power.
