摘　　要：目的：克隆病首先由克隆（Ｃｒｏｈｎ）进行较为详尽的描述，１９７３年ＷＨＯ才开始命名为克隆病。本病在我国较为少见，死亡率高。本文为探讨克隆病的治疗规律及总结有效的治疗方法，通过治验病例介绍。方法及结果：文中所举病例先后住院８次，出院后坚持激素长期规则治疗，取得显著疗效。结论：作者认为坚持长期规则激素治疗为主的综合治疗是目前较好的治疗克隆病的方法。Objective:Crohns　disease　was　detailedly　described　by　Crohn　for　the　first　time.In　1973　WHO　named　it　Crohns　desease.The　disease　is　seldom　in　China,but　its　mortality　is　high.The　author　tries　to　study　the　regularity　of　treatment　and　summarize　the　effective　therapeutic　method.Methd:The　case　was　admitted　in　hospital　eight　times.After　she　was　doscharged　from　hospital,a　marked　curative　effect　was　produced　through　longterm　regular　treatment　by　normone　Conclusin.Tne　author　thought　that　the　longterm　regular　combined　treatment　is　a　better　method　for　curing　Crlhn's　disease.
