摘  要:提取过程采用部分转移有机溶剂,气相色谱外标法测定桔子汁中的脱氢乙酸。样品回收率为96%-104%,国标方法测定样品的回收率为80%~93%。该方法标准曲线线性关系良好,R值为0.99985。验证试验中,样品测定的变异系数为0.2%~1.1%。方法简便、快速、准确,适于无脂肪食品中脱氢乙酸的实验室检测、比对工作。Transferring part-quantity solvent during extraction processing was used to determine the dehydracetic acid in orange juice by gas chromatography, It showed a good linearity within the quantitative method of external standard, the R was 0.99985. The recovery rate of adding standard ranged from 96% to 104%,while, the recovery rate by GB method ranged from 80% to 93%. The relative standard deviations of repetitative tests ranged from 0.2% to 1.1%. Therefore, the method is effective in laboratory test to detect dehydroacetic acid in unfatted-food due to its simplicity, accuracy and reliability.
