摘　　要：中国学位论文收集与服务系统建设是国家学位论文资源保障体系的主体框架和初级阶段,是整合国内学位论文资源、实现开放共享和联合服务的具体行动,其构建建立在多部门、多个系统协同合作的基础上。文章通过问卷调查、实地调研等方法,对我国国家层面学位论文管理和服务现状进行系统分析,以此为基础,提出了中国学位论文收集与服务系统建设目标和总体框架,阐述了学位论文共享管理体系的构建措施,分析了学位论文元数据集中共享的技术路线、全文分布服务实现的技术方案及其具体建设措施。最后对学位论文收集与服务体系下一步的发展路线和服务推进进行了展望。The construction of Chinese thesis and dissertation collection and service system is the specific action to integrate domestic resources degree thesis,open sharing and United Services,Which is the main framework and the initial stage of the National dissertation Resources guarantee system.It＇s basis on the multi-sector,multi-system collaboration.Through the questionnaire survey and field research,this paper analyses the problem existing in dissertation management and service at the national level,puts forward the building goal and the framework of Chinese dissertation collection and service system,expounds the implementation measures of sharing management system,and then provides the technical solutions and specific measures on building of metadata sharing system and realization of full-text service,finally prospects the next phase of development route and services in the future.
