中药辅助治疗腹腔脓肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察自拟中药方剂辅助治疗腹腔脓肿的临床效果。方法：腹腔脓肿患者60例,随机分为两组,均给予相同的抗感染治疗及营养支持,治疗组另给予自拟清热散毒中药方剂辅助医疗,观察两组患者症状缓解时间,血常规白细胞恢复正常时间,住院时间,并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组症状缓解时间为2.4d,白细胞恢复正常时间10.2d,住院时间13.1d,对照组分别为4.1d,13.6d及16.7d。治疗组少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论：自拟清热散毒方剂辅助治疗腹腔脓肿疗效好,疗程短。Objective：Observe clinical therapeutic efficacy of chinese medicinal formulae on intra-abdominal Abscess,and found its reasons.Method 60 patients with intra-abdominal Abscess were randomly divid into therapeutic group（TG）and control group（CG）,identical basical treatment were taken in two group,anti-infection,nutritional support and so on.odditional chinese medicinal formulae of heat-clearing and detoxicating were taken in TG,time of symptomatic relief,white leucocyte reablement and being in hospital were observe. Result Time of symptomatic relief was 2.4d, white leucocyte reablement was 10.2d, and patients being in hospital was 13. ld in TG,and those was 4.1 d, 13.6d and 16.7d in CG, the time was less in TG. Conclusion Chinese medicinal formulae of heat- clearing and detoxicating on intra- abdominal abscess could improve therapeutic efficacy, shorten course of treatment, and received a good clinical effect.
